Isabelle trained under three Michelin-starred chefs in Lyon before spending a decade as a private chef to art collectors and diplomats across Europe. In 2018, she returned to London with a singular vision: to build an agency that treated food not as a service, but as a medium for memory-making.
Her philosophy is deceptively simple — the best meals are the ones that feel inevitable. Every ingredient chosen with care. Every seating arrangement considered. Every moment choreographed so that it feels entirely spontaneous.
Today, Saffron & Co. operates across four continents, working with 47 partner chefs, 200+ artisan producers, and a clientele that includes CEOs, artists, and families who simply believe that gathering around a table is the most important thing a person can do.
